DI Dr.techn. Simon Vogl

Simon is working with embedded systems and networked sensor systems since 25 years. He has been Assistant at the Johannes Kepler University of Linz (JKU) from 1995 to 2004,where he earned his PhD in 2002 in the area of pervasive user interfaces (Wall Computing), before he moved to his position at Research Studios Austria as team leader (“operativer Studioleiter”) in the Studio Pervasive Computing Applications. At Beko E&I AG, he was head of R&D Smart Home Solutions Competence Center until 2012. Since then he is runnning VoXel full-time besides occasional lectures at the University of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg.

Philipp Pilz

Philipp is studying computer science at the University of Linz, JKU. He is focused on software architectures for sensor systems.

Lukas Schlossinger, MSc

Lukas studied Automation Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences at Wels. At VoXel he uses his electrical engineering skills for designing custom hardware solutions which incorporate mechanical and usability requirements. Jutta Vogl

Jutta studied graphic design at the Kunstuniversität Linz and is focusing on media, procurement and partner relations.
